Wake up to a full battery every morning. These are the charging accessories every Tesla owner should set up — from Level 2 home charging to public charger adapters.

Portable Level 2 EVSE — NEMA 14-50 (32A)

Editor's Pick$159–$229

This is the upgrade that transforms Tesla ownership. A 32-amp portable Level 2 EVSE plugs into any NEMA 14-50 outlet (dryer outlet) and delivers 30+ miles of range per hour of charging. If you have a 14-50 outlet in your garage, plug this in and you're done. Look for units with a 25-foot cable, LED status indicators, and UL listing. No electrician required if the outlet already exists.

Tesla Wall Connector Mounting Bracket

$24–$39

If you have a Tesla Wall Connector installed, this bracket mounts to the side of the unit and routes the cable neatly when not in use. Prevents the cable from coiling on the floor, keeps the garage looking clean, and reduces wear on the cable sheath. Specific fits for Gen 2 and Gen 3 Wall Connectors available.

Charge Port LED Ring

Crowd Favorite$18–$35

Ambient LED ring that surrounds the charge port opening on the Model 3 and Y. Lights up when the charge port door opens, changes color to reflect charging status (green = charging, blue = connected, orange = scheduled). Purely aesthetic, but genuinely satisfying every time you plug in at night.

Garage EV Cable Clips & Wall Mount

$12–$22

Silicone wall-mount cable clips for organizing your charging cable in the garage. Holds the cable in a loop against the wall when not in use. Prevents tangles, keeps the cable off the floor (where you'll inevitably run it over), and makes the garage look purpose-built for EV charging.

J1772 to Tesla/NACS Adapter

Travel Essential$29–$49

Essential for using public Level 2 chargers (ChargePoint, Blink, EVgo, hotel chargers) with your Tesla. Compact aluminum-body adapter, fits in the glovebox or frunk. Tesla includes a J1772 adapter with new cars, but this is a good backup or replacement. Works at any SAE J1772 station.
